Rosi Amador is a Spanish/English voiceover actor. Raised bilingually both in Latin and North America, she is a native speaker of both Spanish and English, bicultural and equally comfortable in both worlds. With a neutral North American accent in English and a neutral Latin American accent in Spanish, she can easily add a “Hispanic” accent to an English read or a Puerto Rican or Argentine accent to a Spanish read.
Active in the business since 1994, Rosi has done voiceover work for hundreds of documentaries, medical/health institutions, podcasts, telephony, children’s books, eLearning, interactive websites, museums, commercials, and animated characters for small children, adults and 70-year olds.
Working from her own broadcast-quality professional studio (or one of several nearby professional studios), Rosi is a pleasure to work with – easy to direct, flexible and attuned to the needs of the client. Her voice is best described as friendly, sparkling, expressive, pleasing, warm and enthusiastic. It can sound childlike and fun, or professional, serious and formal, as needed.
